The OHs mother has been asked for proof of no claims by her insurer, although it is already half way through the policy. She has had loads of problems with this insurance company, with them sending letters that she shouldn't even be receiving and so on, but the problem is now, for the past few years of driving, she has changed companys due to shopping around and getting cheaper quotes, however she has never asked them to send proof of no claims when she gets them, as the next company hasnt asked, presuming they just know. Does anybody know what options she has or how she would get her proof of no claims? Any help would be greatly appreciated guys, thanks.

I would be surprised if she was never asked for Proof of NCB.

Im not sure as I havnt any myself yet, and she thinks it was one company that kept changing for her, so im presuming she was with a broker and they sorted it all out for her.

Her NCD will have beennoted on her renewal, thats what he majority use to prove their NCD, send the renewal in, if she does not have that then she just contacts her old insure / broker and they will supply one to her.

That would make abit more sense, if she was with a broker they would have just changed the insurer for her and handled the NCB, contact the broker and ask for proof of ncb.
