Sunday breakfast 10th April,

Hi All,
Thought we'd have a change of venue for the next breakfast meet, how does the Meon Hut sound at West Meon, they cater for breakfast 9 till 11am, prices are £4.95 and £5.95. Their carvery lunch starts at 12 if you'd rather hang on for lunch.
On 10 April they have the Japanese South Car owners club meeting there, they will be raising money for the Japanese Tsunami, if anyone wants to hang on and give them some support and look round some of those nice jap cars.
The owners have said if we want make it a monthly meet they are able to cater for us on the second Sunday of the month which fits in nicely with Pub Club at the end of the month, we can decide if we would rather meet for breakfast or lunch........ Up to you guys

The sort of numbers you guys get might rule out lunch times? In my experience it gets really busy there on a Sunday. Do what we did, meet there earley Sunday Morning go for a run, then get back for a midmorning Brekkie, and depart before 11am. Lunch portions not the biggest, are they still doing 2 for 1? At least this makes it decent value for money. We have never had a bad meal there so it was probabily a one off, after all you get what you pay for

Oh that bad..... Not been there for a while myself... Let's hope maybe it was just a bad day 
I may come to this - I haven't been to a meet before though. Will depend on how Goodwood goes the week before, methinks.
