Stag Do Ideas ... Criteria: Fast!

My best mate is getting married next year and he has asked me to come up with some ideas for his stag do. He is not a big drinker and has already dismissed the idea of an evening getting wasted, which also includes the suggestion of coke and hookers 
So the criteria is as follows; An event that will last at least half a day for 6 people, involves cars (preferably driving!), costs between £150-300 per head and is up to 2 hours drive away from Buckinghamshire.
I've suggested a Caterham Drift Day at Silverstone, which looks like good fun for £230 per person! Not strictly fast, but drifting would appeal to all members of the group
I've also thought about a trip to the Ring, although I'm guessing fuel, accommodation and Ring time will most likely exceed £300 each? Another suggestion was perhaps attend the 2012 Silverstone Grand Prix - Something none of us have done, but unfortunately the only driving involved is getting there!
Ideally Formula Ford racing or Pro Kart racing would be perfect, but I'm guessing most places wouldn't allow all of us out on the track at once due to potential crashes/insurance issues!
Does anyone else have any suggestions that might work?

A person I know through work was in a similar position. The groom to be did not want to indulge in any of the usual stag party antics. The best man found out that it was the grooms future wife who had dictated the format for the Stag do and much to the disappointment of his friends, the groom had caved to he orders.
So, things went according to her plan and the groom started to relax as he thought he had got through the day in tact.
As they were leaving to Golf club to go home, they jumped on the groom, pegged him out on the floor, and then......
Paid a female tramp to remove her knickers and rub them all over his face!

That's classic, and far better than the stuff I do on stag dos when I bribe /charm some bint into giving me her knickers and making the groom drink his pint through the gusset part of them.....
..anyway, back to the thread. Must be some sort of offroading in your area - less threatening to the crappy prius drivers than a track day. My brother in law had a stag do near Rugby which involved quad bikes and a mud buggy and was just perfect for the mixed petrolhead company involved. Tends to be a bit less £££ than a track day too.

Subaru Rally school - a mate has just set this up and you get quite a lot of car time and there are 2wd and 4wd cars available, all with experienced instructors on a short tarmac/gravel stage/circuit.
They are located couple of hours from London somewhere off the A303 (i think).
As an intro he is doing low rates like £170 each.

The Rally School idea sounds good! Rallycross, do you have a link to his website with more information? I'll ask my mate tomorrow to see what he thinks, but it's definitely something that would appeal to all. We are all petrol heads, so there are no concerns as to whether someone would/would not like any suggestions. The price might be a deciding factor, which might make the suggestion of a trip to the Ring unfeasible.
Any other suggestions? Are there any places that do go-karting, but with 100mph+ pro karts? Formula Ford racing?

split up into 2 teams of 3 budget of like 5/600 quid to buy a car in each team
and do a 100mile point to point
share the driving between the 3
make the location intersting and remote
breakdowns/getting lost add to the fun
involves everyone requires knowledge and thought route planning and car buying and driving
would be a great story to tell other friends
im guesing you could all get insured on a banger for a day and put a tank of fuel in it for 2/300 quid and theres also the garenteed (around £100) scrap price per car if not a higher resale one
