Get some server side gubbins in there to determine the current year, will save changing it every year

It's changed to 2011 now, so we are fine for a few more months

Sorry, I meant on the dev server, we still haven't done an update since it was changed.

• DEV = Developers are happy, ready for testing
• INT = Internal testing takes place, hamsters are frantically checking
• UAT = Meetings are held with hamsters and developers, discussions are had, changes are requested by hamsters on how to display '2011'
• DEV = Back to dev again, developers say they can't make that change, it's not possible to display '2011' any other way
• INT = Hamsters are tired, they give the way '2011' is displayed the go-ahead
• UAT = All fine, GO GO GO, everyone happy
• LIVE = Developer for porting to live is on holiday, should be done next week
