Just seen the new MG6

it was debadged apart from the boot and a left hooker. when are these going on sale? i followed it through some fast bends and he was really going for it but it cornered nice and level and seem to pick up pretty quick

The previews of it have been very complementary of its handling. Less so if its build quality, though.

Hopefully it'll be a credible competitor for the likes of the Kia Ceed but with the focus on handling rather than interior plastics quality.

Not sure when it goes on sale, but since there's no diesel available it'll remain a rare site in the UK.

I passed one on the road the other dat but only clocked what it was at the last min. Are they still at the same plant? Used to get alot of MG/Rover/LR preproduction stuff coming through (TF/75/Disco3 among some I've seen in the past).

I drove a couple of final pre-production cars at Prodrive, Kenilworth today - see my 'MG6' posting - & i have to say that the cars appear to be very well built.

They handle really well & i am suprised that some people have critised the interior trim. The cars at Prodrive today were very well built.

Overall i was very impressed with the car.
