I filled in the online quote form about two weeks ago for a TD coming up in April. They never got back to me so I phoned them today to get through to a answer machine. The only option you have is to leave a message and they are supposed to get back to you. Well they haven't got back to me either.

Really poor service!

Has anyone got any direct numbers or contact details as I really could do with sorting it sooner rather than later.

Whenever i have used their TD insurance i've just purchased it all online?

Took about 3 minutes! Why not just redo it.

The online quotation bit is down at the mo. Try competition car insurance, they were the same price as Moris on the 182 but half the excess.

I'm trying to get through to them Glen - no response either.

A little frustrating but I'll let you know.

Always used Moris but again have been waiting 3 weeks for a quote for this Monday!! Competition have sorted me out for the same with a slightly higher excess but not worried about that.

Or MIS were keen to quote, little higher rate though.

I am lead to believe Moris are no longer facilitating trackday cover but do your own research

Their website says

Hi we are currently reviewing rating with insurers and have had to temporarily suspend this service in order that we can catch up on a back log of quotations.

Could you please bear with us and "normal service will be resumed as soon as possible"
