Ruddy Pop up!

Guys you have a citroen car pop up video that comes up on screen and annoys the hell out of you when on a lounge thread>

Sorry for the 20 questions, but is it a pop-up, or does it just get bigger when you put your mouse over it? Does it go away again automatically when you move your mouse away, or does it stay popped out? finally, is there any chance you can grab a screenshot next time you spot it?

The OP was referring to a Citroen one, but I've just had the fast & furious one too. I will get our ads team to work out where it is coming from and take appropriate action.

It is a normal size pop up, doesn't get bigger when you hover, the only way I found to get rid of it is to close page and go back in again. Glad its not just me getting them though, thanks for looking in to it.

The only pop-up I am aware of it the Fast and the Furious one, which we are working to remove. Are you still talking about the Citroen one you mentioned in your OP?

Just seen the FF ad again in its correct place and not popping up, so I think you maght have sorted it

Hi Will yes its the citroen one its a pop up video of their DS3 if that helps any?

I've not seen that one, and we haven't had any other complaints (yet!), so it's proving a bit tricky to track down. Can you grab a screenshot next time it happens?

Fast and Furious isn't centered on the screen anymore, but it looks a little misplaced:

That's just down to your very wide screen, any advert in that slot should look the same (if it doesn't, then let me know!0

Oh yeah, don't normally have PH on this very wide screen, normally on a little 15" tablet screen!

I'm almost certain this was on the Saturday and it was near to the middle of the page.
I've a screeenshot but haven't had time to work out how to post it but will this week if it helps?

It seems to be appearing in the correct place now, so don't worry about the screenshot for the moment. Just let me know if it starts appearing in the middle of the screen again.
