Find me the cheapest hotel (3*+) in the North of England tomorrow night.

Anywhere north of Sheffield and as far east or west as you like. There must ideally be at least a couple of things to do the following day (sightseeing, shopping, anything).

Village hotel group do some great weekend deals , and will take a haggle over the phone , all I've stayed in have been good value , usually great gym, pools etc
