PH: Ring King.....

So who is king of the ring??? 
No professional race drivers allowed. But who on PH has the fastest lap? Plently of different criteria (easily quantifiable), plenty of metal has been battered around the ring, but which of us can back it up with a fast time???
I have never been. However there must be some Ph'ers with sub 9 min laps to the gantry. So who is lord and master? Custard required.

Trust me, when you'll go there for the first time you'll be very happy JUST to finish the lap in one piece. 
At least that's what I felt the first time, mainly for the costs involved if something goes wrong

Dunno if this counts, but................
I did a banger rally to Italy a few years ago and gave my banger to another team 'gratis' on the proviso they returned the bootload of stuff I left with them to Scotland.
The car was a '94 Omega 2.0 CD with a second hand engine of unknown history and some dubious bodywork additions.
They drove home, (I flew!), via 'the ring' and went round about four times I think.
They posted a 10:46 and showed 140(ish) on GPS.
I for one was impressed as I didn't even think the thing would make it to Dover in the first place!
