Trackers - GSM/GPRS/GPS which tracker host?

I have been thinking of buying a motorbike.
However, I would want to fit a tracker to it.
This would lower my insurance, and give me a chance to get it back, if stolen.
My brother has a TK-102 tracker, which contains a sim card.
It can be set to "monitor" or set to "track"
He simply calls it from his mobile, and it (the tracker) answers, then hangs up.
A few seconds later, he gets a text message from the tracker, giving the lat. and long coordinates.
What web program could be subscribed to, to follow the tracker, either in "monitor" when stationary, or in "track", when on the move?
And how much does it cost?
