That's a Rolex Sea Dweller and is specifically designed for deep sea saturation diving - go for a second hand Rolex Submariner unless you really need to go saturation diving......
Early James Bond (Connery) had a Rolex watch, Moore had a Seiko and now its Omega - depends on who is prepared to pay for a few seconds of advertising.

Go to a reputable Jeweller, they usually had second hand ones for about half the price of a new one.

The Omega seamaster also has a helium escape valve and is water proof to 300m. The Rolex seadweller is good for 1200ft. Bond actually wore the submariner in the books because the seadweller was not invented. Brosnan wears the Omega with the blue face and bezel. It is available as a movement or quartz, unlike the Rolex. I have the quartz version because it is absolutely accurate(it gains about half a second in 12 months). Most movements are nowhere near this and after about 10 years they get all gunged up and start losing about 1 min per week. Just do a dogpile search on whichever make you like, there are loads of sites. Hope that helps.

I've heard this elsewhere. Interestingly my Rolex (good old fashioned self-winding clockwork) is now about 15 years old (I bought new) has never been off my wrist, has never been serviced and has always been accurate to about a minute a month.
Of course. I could have got one for 15 quid that was accurate to one minute a decade but I know that's not the point....

Flasher must know if I remember rightly his watch is almost as big as a set of Tamora 18 inchers !!!
Just to echo Nonegreens view I bought an Omega Seamaster in Titanium with an automatic movement and the little Nitrogen release cap (very useful in the bath or local swiming pool) and found that from new it lost about 10secs a week !!! This went back to Omega or rather Swatch !!! who did a very good and quick service under warrenty so that now it only gains about 10 secs a month not the most accurate watch I've ever had but atleast it doesn't cost me £50 to get the battery changed just £100 to get it serviced !

Mel, you sure it wasn't a snide ? 10 seconds a week is a bit steep, isn't it ? Did it have "Timex" on the backside of it ? 
I've had TAG's the last couple of years - my missus bought me a 1500 series which I've still got, and last year I bought myself a 2000 Series Chronograph, which is a beautiful watch. Cost was a bit of a shock, but my friendly jeweller gave me a bit off it. Dearer in the States though, which pleased me no end
Next up is a solid gold Breitling, but I'll probably be too scared to wear the damn thing if I took the plunge. Heck of a watch though.

my Rolex submariner is 15 years old , its never been very accurate , the main spring got busted after a wild party and the seal on the winder bust in the shower !!! but i have used it diving since and no problems , its funny it is the only thing i have ever owned that has not depriciated in value 
Are there any decent watches with quartz movments or is it simply not the done thing? I have a £50 Fosil watch which is pretty well spot on perfect. I rather fancy something like a Vacheron Constantin or an IWC but if it's going to lose time I think I'd get pissed off with it! Rich...
If you want an accurate watch, buy a Rado - keep themselves in sync with the atomic clocks in Germany - loose sod all time! Bloody well made and tough as old boots apparently.
