I am experiencing some awful judder on panning shots when watching blu ray, it does not pan smoothly. Watching in native 24p.

What is most likely to improve this?
HDMI cables, Blu ray player, or AV amp?

What TV?

If it's an LCD that's over a couple of years old it's quite possible even though it accepts 24p it can't natively display it, hense the judder.

Direct into a projector. I am confident that the pj is not the issue, but it must lie up stream.

Just to be sure, the projector can display (not just accept) an image at either 48Hz or 72Hz?
