Statement (team player, whatever blah blah)
Employment history - most recent first

Also worth noting, have a stock CV as above, but tailor it to the job you're going for, emphasising relevant bits (e.g. enlarge on relevant jobs and putting 1 lines for jobs that might not relate to the position applied for), maybe even removing irrelant ones. Try to make it as short as possible.

The dates look rather odd to me. Your friend appears to have been working for two companies since 2006, and also went to two different schools simultaneously?

it is currently a list of my employment dates and not much more. Needs more verbs. "In my current role I worked as part of a team (or lead, either way) that implemented a new filing system where we moved from paper based storage to an electronic solution. The benefits were that filing was reduced by 28% freeing up the team to help concentrate more on customer services thereby improving our client satisfaction scores."

Many people are applying for the roles you are chasing, what stands out about you? What makes the employer think, "let's get this one in, they sound like a good un"
