Anybody know if any modern cars use an electrically driven vacuum pump for the brake servo? I know some use a mechanical pump built into the back of the alternator and some use a mechanical pump driven off the aux belt but does anybody use a purely electrically driven one ?

Off the top of my head:
pre-95 F355 with Teves ABS (later ones with Bosch ABS used mechanical vacuum pump drive from camshaft end)
Prius

I would have thought any electric car and some hybrids.

Just to add Teves IV ABS system details here:

1985 to 1988 FWD Cadillacs had them, I can't recall if it were just on the diesels, or both. They draw a fair bit of current. Delco made them. The DeVille definitely had one.
