Ad on home page wrong height

The ad that is top right of the screen on the main PH homepage seems to have been lowered down, to the extent that you can't click on any of the top links past MEMBERS:



It was fine yesterday, today I had to *gasp* enter the full URL for the forum rather than clicking the button!
