Beautiful grey sports car on Top Gear- what is it?

The small Grey coloured TVR-esque car they look at before they roll out the silver milk cart... What car us that? I've never seen it before.. Is it bespoke or production? Thank you all

On Dave? I saw the Wiesmann episode the other day where they compared that to a TVR so that might be it. If it's the episode where they made their own electric car I've not idea which model the donor was, but it was a TVR...



Ah, just saw which episode is on BBC2 right now; it is the one where they build their own leccy car... so the above is probably absolutely no use to you

ETA - why is the image reversed? Even the background number plates look mirrored.

The video on the link is mirrored for some reason; the test on the screen was reversed as well; not sure why, probably the way it was recorded/ripped.
