TVRCC Herts & Beds: St Peter's car show, 18th June - numbers

Hi folks

Mid-Essex have invited us to join them in a trip down to the St Peter's car show at Redden Court School, Cotswold Road, Harold Wood, Essex, RM3 0TS - which is about an hour away from our usual monthly meeting place in Astwick on the 18th June, 2011 (the Saturday before our usual Sunday meetup).

Admission for displaying cars is free and we can have a good blast down the motorway to get there!

Catering and full facilities are available on site, but we will need to be there by about 915am at the latest.

If you are interested in this meet the neighbours and have a fun car show event, then put your name down below and I'll let Mid-Essex know we will be joining them!

(Note: This is a Non-TVRCC event).

We will be joining forces with the Mid-Essex guys/gals for this event. They have about 5 people attending so far and we will meet up with them on the day for a drive in (a short one).

Probably too late now but if I get my Chim back on the road by then I'd love to join you. It comes out of the paint shop on June 13th and then I've just got some fitting up to do, MOT insurance etc.

I'll see what I can do, however after speaking with my contact at the event, it appears they are overbooked as it is, so we may not even get the full allocation we originally requested, in which case places will be assigned on first comes basis.

Hopefully, I'll know nearer the time how many places we have, but I suspect there will be a few disappointed people

Touc wood though it'll be like last year, there were a few clubs that didn't turn up and lots of spare space, even if it's not necessarily on the TVR display.

I've put together the run-in route for this now.

Will send out later tomorrow - we'll be meeting up at Baldock Services as usual to get to the show by 0845 or so.
