Praise where praise is due. I just had a faulty remote for my panasonic blu ray rang them in the vain hope of getting some king of info on how to fix it and lo and behold they are sending me another, free. No hassle, no quibling. I asked if they wanted the old one back to check it and they said, "nah, through it in the bin". Why can't all manufacturers ne like that. Well done panasonic.

Have you got contact details please. I need a new remote for my plasma TV - doubt I'll get one gratis but happy to pay.

thumbs up here too.

sent a tv, which was out of warranty, for repair and panasonic covered the parts and i paid for the labour.
