One of them bly snapped right near the end yesterday as I was fiddling with the roof - not quite sheared off completely but I'm not sure it'll hold out for long.
Anyone have a spare, know of any breakers which might have one for sale, or know where I can order a new one?
You mean one of the spars that goes across the car?
Might be worth giving Eliseparts a call, they have all sorts of secondhand spares, you might be in luck. If it is the spar, it's not the end of the world, the roof will just sag a bit.
Yeah, couldn't quite find the word but 'spar' it is... I guess the title is a bit misleading, 'cos the tensioner is really the cam at the back which you tighten the whole caboodle up with isn't it!
