Am i right in saying Jock that the ones with 6 allen bolts fit all TVR's and all TVR's boss are the same also? Jesus i have went along way round trying to explain this. In short would a steering wheel that fits for example a tuscan fit mine?

No. There are two different types from memory. The positioning of the allen bolts is different. Also affects how the indicators are cancelled. I put a wooden steering wheel on my wedge (it was a "personal" type wheel) and had to get a new boss back ring thingy to fit to the column.(under the big central nut)

There are subtle differences between the fixing holes on 'Personal' steering wheels fitted to many TVR's and the likes of MOMO , sparco etc which are the more common 6 bolt fitment reffered to as 'M' or 'modern fit'.

My old 350 has a 'personal' wheel fitted. I wanted to fit a momo wheel with a sparco quick release attachment, but found that the six bolt fixing is not only rotated through 90 degrees but that the spacings are different as well.

The personal wheel / hub, has two of the six bolts at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions, and centre spacings of 74mm between opposite bolts / 37mm between adjacent bolts.

The momo and sparco six bolt fixing has two of the six bolts at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, with spacings of 70mm between opposite bolts / 35mm between adjacent bolts.

Hope that is helpful.
