Dent and scratch removal

We've had the new car for only 6 weeks and today my girlfriend reversed it out of our parking space at the exact time a neighbour reversed his Rover 45 out of his. The collision was low speed but both cars have scratches. The neighbour apologised and so did my girlfriend, the damage is minor so we're both sorting our own damage.

It's not worth paying out on the excess for our insurance so we're going to look at scratch repair. I'm aware that as the companies are mostly franchise the quality can vary hugely dependent upon where you are. The car's leased so it needs to be done to a good standard. I've never had a scratch repaired before, should I try Audi first or does anyone have any recommendations for a company in the West Midlands?

Any help really appreciated.

BTW, the damage is about three scratches across the rear bumper to the panel above the left rear wheel arch. A few smaller scratches on the rear bumper appear to have gone through the black paint to grey underneath.
