Well mended the old girls arse end last weekend,put new switch in, new springs on badge fixings(used some springs from a set of brushes),and some new foam on badge.while i was there i adjusted the catch to stop the old double click on actuator(to no avail)but its a tight as im gonna get it.Sorted interior boot lamp and refixed the amp.Just a stupid point to make if anyone is putting on new foam its easy to cut your own out,the 3 holes i punched out with a piece of 22 mm copper pipe,then cut to shape.ps dont forget to put a washer between badge and switch.

Neoprene works well for a rear badge gasket as stops water getting in and doesn't absorb like foam, i used black 2mm and a scalpel to cut around the template and stuck it to the badge.
