I did something similar with the Operations Director of a firm whose van was swerving from lane to lane on the M6 on the way to Manchester last week. Normally I let it go but after he'd nearly caused three serious incidents I made the call. He told me he would ring the van immediately and hey presto, a minute later it pulled into lane 1 and continued at a steady 60mph and even started using his indicators!

My Van isn't sign written and happens to be quite fun to drive.

Transit connects really have appalling Tyre wear rates......... Well mine does ..... Should have taken it back under warranty maybe it needs the tracking checking/ full geo set up

I called the number on a carpet fitter's van that I saw being driven by an utter bellend, as it turned out he was quite proud to be a one man outfit. He was less chuffed when I pointed out what a tt he was

I've "reported" two drivers of company vehicles, one a sign written van, the bloke answering the phone seemed to take a dim view of the driver's actions & offered to make things formal, but was happy to have a word in his ear when the driver got back to base.
Second was a Bus Driver, cutting people up, ignoring road markings & tailgating. After "he cut me up" then flicked me the vees I was ready to storm his bus & beat him to a pulp ( but I had other things to do)
I sent a strongly worded email to his company, and a nice lady rang to apologise, again offered a formal route, but I was fine with giving the driver. A flea in his ear.

...I let a van out to overtake a tractor.
He and his pal refused to pull back in on a 3 lane section and continued at 60mph. I flashed and got the wker sign. Mles later I pulled off - they thought it was hilarious and were having a wonderful time!

...The Managing Director didn't thik it was so funny, nor the way an employee would be expected to behave whilst representing their business!

Now I think THATS funny!
