I do think the black guy (wait im being racist now, i didnt see his face..) was a little paranoid/ militant.
He was only being asked kindly. But.. i guess if i was stopped as many time as him (did you see his pile of stop forms?? wtf?) then i may also be a little peeved to be stopped.
Ahh.. who know, at least he wasnt a complete £%£$%$%^ like the cyclist in the other video.

I thought his voice sounded very *VERY* familiar

EDIT - Although I think the reason why he's likely to of been stopped is because he's (frankly) black, driving a matt-black e60 in an "area known for drug use"...
