I've spent my Wednesday night watching the BttF Trilogy boxset, including the features for each DVD - yes I'm a sad individual paperbaghehe

How fantastic are these movies! The whole trilogy is great - a rare thing! thumbup

The first movie is one of my earliest movie memories, and I enjoy watching it now just as much as I first did.
Yes there are a few errors (from an automotive point of view, the Delorean sounds too grunty for a V6 engine wink). However I can forgive these short comings because the movies are so enjoyable biggrin

Two things I never knew until I watched the featurettes:

1) The actor who played George McFly didn't return to the 2nd and 3rd movie because he wanted too much in his pay packet eek

2) Robert Zemeckis (the producer) spread rumours that the Hoverboard, used in Parts 2 & 3, was a genuine toy, which had not been brought to market, so they purchased a bunch to use hehe

Am I the only one on PH to enjoy these movies so much? Or is it a case of.....getmecoatwhistle

I'm a huge BTTF fan. have been for a longggggggggggggg time.

also the girl friend marty has changes from pt1 to 2

crispin glover was meant to have a much better role but the cash he was askin for it was too much thus the story line changed.

also in pt1 in the final sprint to the pole to get to 88 mph - he finds another gear which doesnt exist in a real deloro!

in 4 years time its going to be 2015 - i'm sure you'll get quite a few bttf parties happening on the day he was supposed to come to the future

aside from the flyin cars - pt 2 is a pretty good guess how the future did end up!

So the car has too much grunt for a V6 & has an extra gear? If the Doc can put a time machine in the thing I'm sure he'd have no problem changing the engine & gearbox. smile

IMHO they should do a BTTF 4 in 2015 smile
They've got 4 years to write a good script and film it. MJF did a couple of episodes of The Good Wife, so would a cameo part in the film be out of reach?
