I'm in two minds on that. If you're already lawless scum who has been in trouble since you were a kid, then 4 months is nothing. If you've previously had a nice, safe, middle class existence, then just the very fact of being sent to prison is going to surely have a significant impact on you?

He'll probably spend a week in a 'normal' prison till he get a space in a nice open prison as it was a white collar crime and he's probably not a flight risk. So hardly doing 'hard' time!
