Anybody tried having one of these fitted ?
I have a brand new cerbera and the tuner has been fitted with the aerial in the boot but it does not pick up a signal most of the time
The advice from the garage is to mount the aerial on the roor or boot , but I really dont want to spoil its fantastic looks
Anybody got any other ideas
Many Thanks

I have DAB radio as well and its fine!
My digital aerial run under my dash.
Are you sure that the CD player has the DAB unit fitted?
Some of the CD/tape players are DAB ready but you still need to buy the main DAB decoder unit.

yes there is a separate dab unit which they have put in the boot on the top shelf
Is your aerial under the dash or next to the windscreen

Modwise do an aerial for the cerbera. If you do a search on here, you should find out more. They also advertise in Sprint.

i tried the blaupunkt window aerial with little success, the best signal i got was to mount the dab antenna on the parcel shelf using a stubby antenna from halfords but mounted onto the base of the dab aerial, very unobtrusive when finished.

sorry,being a bit vague.
i got a normal glass mount aerial, the sort that sticks to the glass and sandwiches it inside and out a bit like a phone antenna.the thing is the antenna is about 18"long and i wanted to fix it inside the car on the parcel shelf so as not to spoil the outside.so i got a short antenna in silver from halfords and swapped it for the standard one and it worked a treat, its only about 8"long so can stand quite upright to get the best signal.
the antenna can be screwed on/off of the base plate so swapping is dead easy.
hope this helps.
mike.

no luck there. I found an ordinary stick on the glass aerial but that required earting to metal
I'm still not quite sure how you connect up any chance you could send a picture to my email ?
