The wife's best mate lives there, so we head there quite a bit. Quite a nice town got a big Asda near by so day to day shopping is quite cheap. If not Asda then tesco is near the A14 junction. You thinking of moving there to live or just visiting?

P.S some of the PHEA sometimes meet in Stowmarket biggrin

Currently just working in Stowmarket.

I live in Beccles - and plan to stay here for the next 4 months or so for sure. But we might consider moving closer to / around Stowmarket after August-September.

Morrison's just being built at the top end of town near the Regal cinema
It's not that near to the Regal!

Stowmarket is a strange place inhabited by strange people!
I challenge you find two people that have both eyes pointing in the same direction at the same time....it's harder than you think! hehe

Me & the missus visit Stowmarket now and again... strange place... it's in a time warp. About 10 years behind the rest of England.

Actually it's not a bad town - no idea what it's like to live there though.

I passed a light bluish TVR today morning at 8.25 (around Bacton, just past the Proton dealership, I think).

Was that you ?

I don't know what model TVR it was. I was in a black Z4.

I live about 9 miles from Stowmarket, rarely visit, I'd rather drive up to Norwich or Bury.

It's a good place to be from apparently.
