Just booked my tickets for the Silverstone Classic 2011. Just wondered if any PH'ers are planning on attending?

Yes I am been going for the last four years. Will be staying at a local hotel, as we have a long trip up there.

Tickets booked on the early bird offer. Will have the Exige on the Lotus Drivers' Club stand so come and say hello if you see us.

We have a deep purple s1 elise on the same stand so we have most likely already met!

Got my spit and Wizardskills GT6 over at the Triumph Sport Six Club stand this year too!

Definitely hoping to be there its such a good event. Whether its on track on just spectating and catching up/partying then I'm sure it will be a blast

Brilliant news! This is my first year with the Exige. It's the laser blue S1 which has belonged to Mike Stripe for the last 10 years if you know of it? I'll keep my eyes open for a purple Elise. Sounds like you'll be juggling a few balls with three cars down there!

I do know of this car, it is very pretty indeed! Are you camping with the other LDC guys? We usually have a great laugh at the campsite, last year was eventful though I won't go into that!!

Thank you - I'm very proud, just picked it up a fortnight ago. I think I'm going to stop in a Travelodge or something similar this time, though camping sounds good fun. I'll have to have a chat about what happened last year!

Camping is a great laugh you should come and camp near us, we will be there Sat night but the other LDC guys will be there Fri and Sat I think! Much beer is consumed along with poorly cooked Sausages and much banter and pistonheading discussion is had!

Yes, I plan to be there all three days with my Hawk. This will be my fourth year. The Stratos Enthusiasts' Club were right by Bridge last year. Hopefully, we'll be sited there again.

You buy it when you buy your tickets on the Silverstone website this year £10 pppn (per pitch per night - I think).
