The Wheel Specialist (google is your friend) - I've had 3 cars (plus two wheels that I hit a high kerb with and made a right mess of) done and recommended to friends and they've all been very happy indeed. My black chrome SL alloys look the business.

They also do a drive in in the morning, leave car, pick up with spiffy refurbed wheels at closing time thing which is convenient.

I used speedwells recently and am happy with the quality, might be a bit of a trek for the Moose though.
