Theoretical BotB winner: R8 or SLS?

This is purely theoretical based on leafing through EVO mag over breakfast this morning and spying a Best of the Best competition advert.

So let's say you enter one of these comps to win a Mercedes SLS. You win. Well done. However when you go to collect, you're offered the SLS or an Audi R8 (V8 or V10). Which one do you take and why?

The SLS as it's more of an event than the R8. I'd always feel a tinge of regret if I had taken the R8 I reckon. Still it would be a good decision to have.

Has to be the sls. R8 does nothing for me, i'm sure it's great to drive but it just looks like a big tt to me, just doesn't seem exciting. I'm not a huge fan of the sls either, but it does seem a lot more special.
