Turbo-Belm Smiley?

Considering it is Friday and you're probably all kicking back relaxing, could I request a new smiley?

Myself and my fellow PH-ers constantly find ourselves reaching out for the Turbo Belm image:



I feel it's a powerful smiley and gets straight to the point, but would be much easier to deploy if it was a built-in smiley, and it would be smaller too and thus take up less page-space.
