Whats the cheapest way to get a parcel delivered

I have bought some brake calipers on ebay and I need to get them collected and delivered to me. Can anyone give me some ideas. I was going to use Hermes but it would require the guy who is sending it to me to print off labels and I dont want to bother him like that. Is there any other companies that are cheap.
