In my quest to get no 1 (Production car) back to how it came out of the factory I am in need of one of these!





Has anybody got one, I think its off a SDI but had no joy with the SDI owners club!

You wont believe it but i chucked one away about two weeks ago whilst having a clear out.

Thank's for the idea if you can do that and take all the dimensions, then as a last resort I may have one made. Or better still you fit the most common air cleaner (I would even buy it for you) and I will give you lots of tokens as well!

Yes it was fitted - I planned to do the K&N conversion but never got round to it.

Spose my fully working airflow meter/ air filter ecu and loom are no good as they are from a 1988 series 2.

Well the offer ( ) is open to anybody who has the original air filter, and is happy to swap for the K&N version.

Sounds fine to me, and I'm happy to help with your originality project but I need to know if the K&N system requires alterations or adjustments to anything else. Maybe we could include a few tokens for Wedg1e to help tune the AM afterwards?

Looks the same, as I have never seen one can anybody confirm this?

Looks pretty much the same as mine, though the end of the trumpet looks to be in a poorer state on that one.
