Black Griff 500 Reg M367JPR?

Went down to Racing Green today and an early black Griff, with a black interior caught my eye, it had been sitting there since last September and is in a bit of a mess! It has loads of mods, especially the engine work which was done by V8 developments, but very little in the way of paperwork. They want £14k something for it as a trade sale, which appears to be way too much but anyone know of the car?
Ahh...just found it, it was Uncle Festers old car and I took the number plate down incorrectly. It is M363 JPR. I noticed that the only paperwork, apart from the service book, that the garage has is a print out from Uncle Festers profle. It looks a great car in his profile, but is looking very sorry for its self now.

REALLY SURE! I have also spoken to two of the last three owners, who were kind enough to fill in some of the gaps (thank you chaps). There is a new management team at RG, the two people I spoke to seemed very nice but I think that this was stock bought by the previous owners and it has been sitting there for some time. Also, they made it clear that it was for a trade sale so none of their usual prep and warrantees etc. I am guessing but the paperwork that they thought they were getting with it may not have materilised: but to be honest I just don't know.
However, its not one for me, but I do have a reasonable understanding of the car for example its on 10-11 owners but a serious amount of money has been spent on it in the past. If you are interested go down and have a look. It was looking sorry for itself when I saw it but charge the battery, give it a clean, sort some of the obvious issues out and I am sure it would look fine. Goes like stink apparently!

No I don't think that is the case, hopefully my later reply will give a bit of context. Also now that I know what has been spent on it in the past it may well be worth that to someone. However, from my perspective personaly, a heavily modified car with none of the work documented, looking a bit unloved with ten plus owners wasn't what I was looking for. Hope that helps.
