Orange Diablo 6.0 VT for sale in Netherlands
Discussion
Hello all, seen this orange Diablo advertised on classic cars for sale website. The company selling it is called PEETERS EXCLUSIVE CARS sorry cant do a link, this car ticks all the boxes for me and possibly even live with the LHD. Does anyone know this car? and if one does purchase a car from the EU is there some sort of duty/vat/any local taxes to be paid? Also would there be some sort of SVA test like Jap imports? many thanks Tony

Hi Ricky, where is the one for sale in the UK,is it orange or yellow and whats the spec?
I think member jdwcd expressed an interest in selling his 6.0 , believe it was up on pistonheads at one point asking 77k . I don't know the car myself . But it is yellow . I'd be inclined to hang on see if you can get orange as it is by far the best colour imho and if thats what you want for that kind of money that's what you should head for . Of you could look at a cheaper standard colour and maybe think about changing it at some point if you got on with the car . Not many in orange in any case , which is weird . If I was buying new I'd choose orange . No account for taste I suppose .

Hi Rocco1,
I know the owner of an orange 6.0 VT in the Netherlands. I'm fairly certain it is not this car, but I can ask him if he knows this car and if he can recommend it. Let me know.
Importing from the Netherlands shouldn't be a major hassle. You can put the car on 1-day export plates in the Netherlands and drive it over. You need to make sure your insurance is covering this, though. Otherwise transportation is an option. Best thing is to find a truck that is going back to the UK empty, then transport is very cheap. If not then count on about 1,500GBP to south of England for a private transport.

Yes , GT is nice , if you got the cash ! . If you not too bothered about left hand drive I'm sure an orange 6.0 will crop up in europe somewhere . Good luck . Hope to see you and your new 6.0 around sometime . JazzyO said:
