I'm in the market for a multi-gym having moved into my new house and succesfully wrestling a room from the OT...

To give you an idea of where I'm looking, I ideally would like a bench (lay flat) multi gym or compact multi gym with aprox 70kg (ideally more) exercising lats, chest, pecs, leg xtension/curls and row.. all for <£200. I have my free weights which I use seperately and train twice a week with my rugby team.

I have been looking at something along these lines: http://www.amazon.co.uk/V-Fit-Herculean-CUG2-Uprig... and will inevitably buy 2nd hand to get as good a kit as possible.

I would love to hear thoughts on this or any other compact/lay flat multi-gyms out there

Stick with an adjustable bench and your dumbbells & barbell set. Don't waste your money on a gym like the one you've listed. If you can stretch your budget buy a secondhand power rack.
