I'm trying to get an update on an order but nobody answers the phone or any emails.

I'll try as well on detailingworld but waiting for my account to be approved.

Contact domster here, he'll maybe enquire all's well with Tim.
Is this a first order with CYC?
How long ago since you ordered, has it been?

Thanks, yes it's a first order and the order went in on 23rd March. I don't mind if it's delayed but would like some feedback on the status of it. I'll give domster a shout.

I've ordered from them before a few times and they've been good. Hope it will be OK.

I placed an order on 19th March and had great communication from the start, with an email every day and delivery all done by the 22nd so doesn't sound normal. Could be any number of things but I guess the first thing to check is if the payment went through ok?

Yep, checked that, payment went through fine. Received confirmation email and then nothing.

CYC have a good reputation and that's why i ordered from them. I'm sure Tim will sort everything out once we can communicate.

There's been a couple of similar threads on DW recently.

I think it all comes down to honest/decent bloke so you've nothing to worry about so far as being ripped off, comes across as possibly a bit too busy/disorganised so some things fall through the cracks.

Put my first order in with them the other week and then found out that they live at the top of my road, just moved in. I fear this will be bad for my wallet, but hopefully good for my car

Bit unfair as I've never not answered a phone call between the hours of 8am and 6pm. I think yours had the mitt in didn't it so we decided to re-send another.

Honestly the only problems we are are having is suppliers letting us down or Royal mail. If it weren't for that (and people posting publically wink) all would be 'toasty'.

Tim

Thanks Kelly, the day you stop ordering I think it's time to shut up shop.

Honestly though we get so few problems, but having an online customer base really does give me grey hairs!

We have been using CleanYourCar for several years and have always had a great service. Tim is a top bloke and has a lot of knowledge about the products and detailing in general.

I like the little thank you note that comes with every order. Great touch to a fantastic service.

I've ordered a couple of times before and everything was dispatched quickly.

The only problem I've had was that Parcelfarce have this 'helpful' service of dropping the parcel into a local post office. My 'local' is only open Mon-Fri, 9-12, 2-5pm!! So, as someone in a 9-5 job, I don't have a hope in hell of collecting it.

Thing is, the main PF depot is only two miles away. I wish they'd just take it back there.

All of this is obviously no reflection on CYC.

I also think that, excellent little bit of service. Will only take 30 seconds extra to put in the delivery but will make sure you always use him again.

I like the credits idea too.
