The door glass sits in two parallel alloy runners that allow the glass to side up and down . These are joined aross the top by two horizontal bars that also support the winder motor the angle and positon of this lot is adjustable in the door and is easily visible once the door card and rubber cover are removed This whole frame is held into the door by 4 bolts (from memory) and these allow some adjustment of location. However take car with adjustments so as not to affect the glass position in the door space.
I had to remove the whole lot when replacing the door glass on my T350 a few months ago bit of a pain as mine had shattered whilst parked? I also recommend not removing the glass from the frame and take car not to slide the glass sliders out of the alloy runners as they can be next to impossible to refit if still in the door.

Good luck ps took me a few attempts to get it fitting to a standard I was happy with and its a lot less creaky than it was prior to the break.
