Well we get told the new Tamora we ordered at the 2000 Motor Show is at last being built. So the factory organise the factory tour for 9th May, so to celebrate the news I went to Mole Valley to go for a blast in the demo so I could appreciate what the wait was for.Just out of interest I asked them when they expected it in, with puzzled looks they asked when I was going to view it at the factory. It turns out that it was due at Moles week commencing 29th April. So happy as anything, I returned home to find answer phone messages saying the same thing from the factory. quickly phoned them and we sorted out cancelling the tour, as we would have the car within the next 2 weeks.
So why am I on here boring you all with this tale, this week has come and gone and still no news, the garage has heard nothing. This Thursday would of been our tour date, but why do TVR have to ruin the whole process of living out your dream by letting the customer service run at zero. Hopefully we will here some news this week otherwise I may have to yell to Blackpool to find out the what the delay is yet again. Has anyone else been treated in this way?

I think you are one excited little bunny!! Ring the factory on Tuesday, speak to sales, and find out what's actually going on.Don't be too downhearted, I had the same wait, but you've been stymied by the upturn in interest in the Tamora. What's the actual waitning time for someone ordering now? Months, I suspect. You will, I guarentee, forgive everything, once the car arrives - and remember, there's a PDI, which could take 3-7 days....
