I was wondering whichh parts of the upholstery in a full hide car are done in hide whilst they are done in something else in a half hide car.

Also, what is the dark grey (but not black) leather colour called?

from memory 'half hide' is only leather seats, everything else - dashboard, centre console, doors, windscreen surround is 'lamonta' otherwise known as rubbery imitation leather. While not a fan of it, it does have its advantages for convertibles in that water just bounces off it.

Full hide is everything leather and I think it's an often overlooked but important feature.

As posted elsewhere half hide is just the seat facings and nothing else, unlike the full hide which is exactly that and why it was such an expensive option.

Mine definitely has the centre console dashboard, seat backs covered with leather, so I assume its also leather on door pillars etc.

I asked to make sure I was applying the leather cream in the right places

I have an idea that the dark grey is "Nimbus", not 100% sure though.
