Swap my 535d M-sport for your 2.0d BMW?

Just thought I'd throw this out to the crowd before trying to sell and buy.

I wish to swap my 535d M-sport in favour of one of the following 2.0d BMW's:

520d M-sport
320d coupe
320d convertable
Alpina D3


Now I don't know how realistic the D3 is but I'm sure the others are perfectly viable.

I am looking for a straight swap due to my car costing me too much on fuel - I do ~25k miles a year and I have another car for the weekend blasts already so I really don't need the 35d.

My car is very well specced and in very good condition - I am the 2nd owner and it's clear to see the mileage has been motorway miles (88k at the moment) and the car looked after.
