Hi,
Im a complete gym noob and was looking for some advice. I'm looking to get a bit toned and add muscle mass (to arms and core mainly) plus get a bit stronger and was wondering if anyone had advice on how to acheive this.
Ill probably be able to do 2 or 3 days in the gym a week.
My info if its of any relevance.... Around 5' 10'' around 10st and medium / slim build
