Hi,

Im a complete gym noob and was looking for some advice. I'm looking to get a bit toned and add muscle mass (to arms and core mainly) plus get a bit stronger and was wondering if anyone had advice on how to acheive this.

Ill probably be able to do 2 or 3 days in the gym a week.

My info if its of any relevance.... Around 5' 10'' around 10st and medium / slim build

Hatcherally, I was searching for multi core PCs and noticed the OPs name and got it confused with oblio, who we know better as jeffsy and it all went wrong from there.

There. Hope that's all clear now.
