Ford Fiesta 1.8 Diesel 2000 (W) Starting Problems
Discussion
Hi, I was wondering if anyone on here could give me a bit of help. My car doesn't seem to be starting (typical when I have the week off!) and after checking various parts, plugs, fuses, pipes etc. it seems that it's likely a fuel pump problem which seems to be fairly common is this model.
I have been trying to locate the fuel cut off switch which isn't in the passenger foot well, some people have told me that diesels don't even have one. Is this the case?
Also, if it is the fuel pump that needs replacing, whereabouts in the car is this located?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
