Princes Street - what's missing?

I've been pondering on this for a while but can't remember what the building was that's been demolished - next to the Body Shop and going back to Rose Street next to the Auld Hundred. Does anyone happen to know? it's starting to bother me now...

It was originally Marks and Sparcs was it not.. Then they moved along the road and expanded next to Jenners.

Then it was a mix of Burton, Dotty P's and another female brand that escapes me.

It was then let to Primark who covered it up for a year - then they tore it down in Nov and it's been like that ever since.
