I think there is some green lanes in riseley.

And there is some sort of 4x4 track near awe in aldemaston as you go up the hill out of the village on the left hand side

Don't know on Slough, google london lane, Shere.

thefourwheeldriveclub.com bunch a re a good lot locally to get involved with.
