Help needed please, HPI data

Hi all, this is an question on who hold's the HPI data when doing a HPI check, mine is incorrect but nothing bad or anything. Basically the MOT station had to create a profile when i first had it MOT'd. When they did this i took it along with my special log book to register it at poole it was registered they just held it for me because of my job, DVLA all was fine but the officer pointed out that the MOT had a incorrect digit from the chassis number on the MOT.

He was not bothered as my special log book and the V5 they held was correct and the car data on the chassis window and door sticker, it is all above board the V5 car all match, but when they created my profile at first at the MOT station the had to register or create a profile or somethingbut it was entered as said with incorrect digit,

i went back to them and they issued a new MOT with the correct digit it was a 2 and a Z they got wrong. so as far as it goes DVLA are happy, but the garage said the data on the hpi is only updated so often, so atm when i put mu car in and the correct chassis number in from the v5 and the MOT is say's that reg does not match the chassis, but of course it does,,

any help on contacting hpi for them to chage it who holds the data base, vosa and dvla are both happy but do not own that data base, worring for any buyer of the car is i was to sell, or do i have to wait for them to update but it was re-issued about 2 weeks ago..
