Need to get this one back to the top, weather's looking good for the weekend... Who's coming?

We'll be there in two cars, Marcos this time and 964. Lovely morning out!

Yes indeed Tony, will be good to see you again. I assume you're a member there

Girlfriend's mother is being brought this time, she is SF Edge's Granddaughter http://www.landspeedrecordcards.com/SF_Edge.htm

The only bits they have from his life on display at Brooklands are a suitcase with his initials on and a coat a bit like the one he wore! She has a house FULL of his stuff, wondering if the museum wants any of it on loan? Any idea who she could talk to?

Brilliant, thanks Tony. She has offered me all his silverware and badges, there are quite a few bits and bobs, we'll talk to someone and then get a better idea of what there is and what they'd like.

Looking forward to it Tony biggrin

My original plan of taking the AC Cobra back to its birthplace fell through as it's only just come out of DK Engineering after having a few tweaks (racing exhausts in-place - I have never heard a louder road car!) & I haven't got it Taxed - so I'm going to take this:

See you in the morning.

A Few Photo's from this morning - a great selection of cars & combined with all to see at Brooklands and Mercedes Benz World it makes a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning.

Nice to meet you Tony - I can only see this event getting more and more popular (it's always nice to get in at the start of something like this and see it grow into something massive - bit like the Goodwood Breakfast Club)

David - great to catch up & see you in a few weeks at the Supercar Breakfast Club (I'll drop you a mail)

....and over at Mercedes Benz World (In the flesh SLR's are just wonderful cloud9 gotta get one in the next few years!)
