His other thread is interesting compared to your experience Tref!
I like the Z4. A lot. But I'm too tall for Z4s with sports seats (hence buying a Z4 3.0L with 'SE' seats, which was very good car), secondly I enjoy the raw thrill of a TVR compared to nearly anything else on the road. Even if I had a Lambo and a Gran Turismo in the garage I know I'd miss a good TVR to park next to them in my imaginary mansion-garage.btw, the thing which convinced me to sell the Z4 after only a few months was a road trip to Germany. On long runs the Z4 was simply not as comfy as the TVR, and it wasn't just the seats. My other half felt the same. I can drive the TVR 500 miles and get out feeling fresh, not possible in the Z4 (for me).
Still, when I'm older a new style Z4 might suit for nipping to the PO for the pension...

I did like the z4, but the TVR took every aspect to another level.
I would like a Z4MC at some point though.
I don't know why the Germans made the Z4 so tight inside, Germans are a big bunch on average. Next time you sit in a Z4C look at all the plastic surrounding you. Then think of any part of the TVR you can see which is plastic.I would like a Z4MC at some point though.
