Ferrari Testarossa

Hi,
Has anyone owned a Testarossa,or has one at the moment,and done a few thousand miles in it?
I bought one around 6 years ago,and it cost an arm to run (around 3000 miles in my ownership),was hard work to drive,and nothing but problems.
However,it is a car that sticks in my mind,and the sense of occasion prior to driving (including the five minutes I always left it to warm up),excitement every time I got in it etc. has been hard to top.
At the time it was as close to a mint car as I could find,but wondered if anyone bought one new and if it behaved any better or what their experiences were?
Have so many memories/stories about this character of a car,and the daft level of attention it drew.Still kind of in love with it,but glad we parted.
